Using SE(3)-Transformers on coarse-grained molecular graph representations of proteins to generate an ensemble of structures from a specified subgraph. The goal is to start with a desired conformation of a region in a protein, usually the active or binding site, and predict the conformation of the rest of the protein without going through the typical, more computationally expensive sampling methods like monte carlo or molecular dynamics.
